A new photo reads the first time
A photo you had not read before could stop with "Took too long", while sending the same photo again worked.

Fixed Photos that take a while to read now finish instead of stopping with "Took too long".
Reading a photo can take a minute or more, and a photo that took that long was given up on just before its answer arrived — so it showed "Took too long", and only sending the same photo again seemed to work. A photo now keeps being read for as long as it needs, and the list of photos being read shows "Read" when it is done.
