Encrypted sites cannot be recovered
A site can be protected with a secret that only you hold. That secret is never stored on the server and there is no recovery, reset, or backdoor. If you lose it, the data of that site becomes permanently unreadable — by you and by everyone else. Keep it somewhere safe. This is a deliberate design choice, and the loss of your own secret is not something we can undo.
You are responsible for your data
The stock levels, locations, movements, and other records shown are the ones you and the people you share with have entered. The service performs the calculations, but it cannot know whether the underlying entries are correct. Always verify critical figures against reality, and keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage — including lost data, lost stock, lost profit, or business interruption — arising from the use of, or inability to use, this service.
