A narrower Brother tape
Brother label printers can now print on the 50 mm continuous tape as well as the 62 mm one, and a label sent to one lands where it belongs on the roll.

Improved The 50 mm Brother continuous tape (DK-22223) can now be chosen, cut into 70 mm labels.
Continuous tape has no labels on it: the printer cuts wherever it is told. The 50 mm roll is cut at 70 mm, the size of the DYMO diskette label Brother does not make. The two continuous tapes now say their width in their name, so the pickers can tell them apart.

Fixed A label sent straight to a Brother QL now lands on the roll, the right way round.
Checked against Brother’s own printer manuals: a label was placed at the wrong edge of the print head and written back to front, so on most rolls it would have missed the paper. It now sits where Brother says each roll is and reads the right way round. The QL-700 opens a job the way its own manual describes, which differs from the QL-810W. The compatibility page now also says what to switch off on a QL-700, and what to set up on a computer before the browser can reach one.
