What you paid, kept with what arrived
Receiving stock now takes an optional purchase price, and every product page keeps the history of what it cost. A picture pasted with Ctrl+V now lands in the card you clicked.

New Receiving stock can now record what one unit cost and in which currency, and the product page lists every price paid, newest first.
Both receive forms, at a desk and on a phone, have a new optional field: the purchase price of one unit, with a list of currencies beside it — the euro, the dollar, the pound and ten more. Type it with a point or a comma, whichever you are used to. The price is kept with the delivery it came with, so it never changes afterwards, and the product page gains a Purchase prices card listing what one cost each time it arrived, when, how many came and where they went. The currency list opens on the one you pay in, which you choose in your profile under Units & currency — the euro until you pick another. Leave the field empty and nothing changes: a delivery without a price is simply not listed.

New A best-before date can now be changed after the stock has arrived, added when it was forgotten, or taken off — for all of it or just a few.
Until now the date typed at receiving was the date for good, so a typo or a forgotten date meant counting the stock out and receiving it again. Now every date on a shelf has Change date beside it and stock without one has Add a date: on the place, on the product, on the page a best-before label opens, on a phone, and from Adjust. Choose the date it has now, say how many (or leave it empty for all of them), and give the date it should have — or leave that empty to take the date off. Serial-numbered items are picked one by one and keep their serial numbers. How many there are does not change, and the stock movements keep both the old date and the new one, under Date changed.

Improved Every best-before field now takes only a month and year as well as a day, for packs that say "best before end 03/2027".
Beside the day there is now a second field, Or only month and year, wherever a best-before date is asked for: receiving stock at a desk or on a phone, and changing a date afterwards. Choose the month and the year from the two lists, and it is kept as the last day of that month — the 31st of March, the 29th of February in a leap year — so the best-before report and the reminders treat it like any other date. Fill in one field and the other empties itself, so what you see is what is saved. A photo of a pack that prints only a month — even “BB 03/27” — now fills in the month and the year too, rather than the last day. A delivery spreadsheet takes a month in its best-before column as well, typed as 03/2027 or as the date a spreadsheet makes of that, which it used to keep as the 1st of the month.

Fixed Pasting a picture with Ctrl+V now puts it in the card you clicked or are pointing at, not always in Recognise from a photo.
A page with two picture fields, like Create product, has to decide which one a pasted picture belongs to. It used to count only the dashed box itself, and clicking the box opens the file picker, so a click anywhere else in the Images card chose nothing and the picture went to Recognise from a photo instead. Now the whole card counts: click its heading or anywhere in it, and a blue outline around the box shows that Ctrl+V will land there. Pointing at a card works too, and the description field under the picture counts as part of its card. With nothing chosen, a paste still goes to Recognise from a photo.
