Pressing a photo now enlarges it over the page, where you can zoom in and look around it without leaving the screen. A best-before on a label you designed can now follow the owner’s date settings, and a new page carries the Netum C750’s setup barcodes, to scan straight off the screen.
Open a line to read the whole story behind it.

New A photo on a product, a place or the phone’s product details now opens full screen when pressed, to zoom into and look around.
Press a photo in the Images card of a product or a place, or among the photos on the phone, and it fills the screen over the page you were on. Scroll with the mouse wheel or pinch with two fingers to zoom in on the spot you are pointing at, drag to look around, and double-click or double-tap to zoom in on a spot and back out again. The buttons at the top do the same, and with more than one photo the arrows at the sides — or a swipe — turn to the next one. The cross or Escape closes it, and you are exactly where you were. A photo opens at once and sharpens as the full-size picture arrives.

New A new page shows the Netum C750’s setup barcodes, so it can be switched to a mode the app reads by scanning the screen instead of hunting through its booklet.
Scanner setup codes, reached from USB scanner in your profile, holds the barcodes a Netum C750 takes its connection from: USB virtual serial port — the mode the app can read it in — and under it the way back to typing as a keyboard, to Bluetooth, and to its factory settings. Scan them straight off the screen. Each one was copied from the maker’s own manual and draws exactly the bars it prints, and under each is what it contains: should that text ever appear when you scan one, the scanner took it for an ordinary barcode and nothing changed.

Improved A best-before date on a label you designed can now follow the owner’s date settings, so it prints 27-03-2027 or 03/27/2027 the way the owner reads dates.
In the label designer, How the date is written has a new first choice: the owner’s date settings. It writes the date in numbers, in the order chosen under Date and time format in the profile of whoever owns the warehouse — or in the order their timezone uses, if they left it to that. Everybody who prints the label gets the same date, whatever their own settings say, and a new date field starts on this choice. Designs you already have print exactly what they printed until you choose it.

Improved The label designer has one best-before field instead of two: Best before, as numbers is gone, and designs that used it now use Best before with the year first.
Best before, as numbers always printed 2027-03-27 and could not be told otherwise, which is how a label could ignore the way you write dates. Designs that used it have been moved onto Best before with the date written year first, so they print exactly what they printed — and now they can be told to put the day first, or to follow the owner’s date settings.

Improved Firefox on a computer is now listed as reading a USB scanner in virtual COM mode, and the scanner settings tell a Firefox user that HID-POS needs Chrome, Edge or Opera.
Firefox on a computer has learned to talk to serial devices, and a handheld scanner in virtual COM mode is one. The app already read one there; what it said about it was out of date. The compatibility page now says Firefox reads a USB scanner, in virtual COM mode only, and the USB scanner settings say the same to somebody using it — instead of advising HID-POS first, a mode Firefox cannot reach. Chrome, Edge and Opera still read both.
